We have always found Devcert staff to be friendly and professional and their building standard knowledge is second to none. We would thoroughly recommend Devcert to any builder that would like to simplify their building certification process.
We have utilised the services of Devcert for the last 15 years. We have found Devcert to be an extremely professional organisation with a team who ensures all approvals are completed in a timely manner. We first chose Devcert when Greg Dempster – Principal, was a building inspector at the Townsville City Council and started Devcert as his own private certification company. As a Townsville local business, we found that having our homes privately certified we experience faster turnaround times for applications to be approved which is crucial in keeping with the construction flow. Devcert also offer more availability and flexibility of inspection times for the various stages of building requiring approval as well as an “easy to use” online portal system.
Since using Devcert , we haven’t been tempted to venture away as we have always been very happy not only with their sound advice when needed but their friendly service generally.
